They are a fitted sling designed to carry your baby from birth until about 35 pounds. You will use the same sling but the positions change as your baby’s needs change and grow. The sling is made to fit the person wearing it, so it is important that you size yourself carefully for a good fit. Sewfunky Pouches have a deep pocket and unique curve for maximum comfort for you and baby! Each seam is stitched, serged and then top-stitched for strength and durability. All Sewfunky Pouch Slings have a strip of light padding on the inner rail to protect the back of your baby’s legs while in the hip carry position. With a new born you can also wear the padding on the outside rail to cushion your baby’s head.

Stretch Pouch Baby Slings are made of 97% cotton and 3% lycra so they have a slight amount of give that adds an extreme amount of comfort. Stretch fabric is also wrinkle resistant and has a sateen finish making it soft and luxurious! Each pouch sling has some light leg padding on the inner rail to protect the back of baby’s legs in the hip carry position.
