Nursing in the Sling
A pouch sling can be used for nursing in the cradle position, the reverse cradle hold or the hip carry. It might, for some women, take a bit to get the hang of nursing, but once you are comfortable you can walk and feed baby at the same time!

General Use
The important part of wearing your baby is making certain they are safe, be sure your sling fits you and your baby.
Babies bottom should not be lower than your navel or the sling is too loose, if its too small, it is very hard to get baby in the sling.
When leaning over be sure to keep an arm across baby.
While your sling is easy very to use, it does take time to learn the techniques. With patience and practice in a few days you will have it figured out and wonder what you did with out a sling!
When first learning make sure baby is fed and happy and mama is relaxed, it is good to walk around a bit and have baby relax from the rhythm of your movement.
Also it is important that the sling is comfortable for you, when worn correctly it should not hurt your shoulder or back.
The fabric should be spread evenly over your back and spread out across your shoulder and upper arm and never digging in at your neck.
Your Sewfunky sling is guaranteed for workmanship and quality. The fabric has been pre-washed and dried to pre-shrink the fabric. It can be washed and dried in warm without worry of changing the sizing. Any problems and please contact me so we can work it out together.
