Each doll is handmade in my home, by me, in Guelph, Ontario. 

Please allow for six weeks for your doll to be made plus shipping time.  In some cases I can make an exception but generally I require this much time to complete a doll.  As a mother of four and a small business owner life is always busy!

Currently I am booked until March 2012.  I will re-open for custom orders once all of the current ones have been filled.

 

 Skin Tones:

I use high quality 100% cotton tricot imported directly from the Netherlands.  Below is a photo of the currently available skin tones:

Hair :

So many choices when it comes to yarn for doll hair!  You can let me know what you have in mind or choose from something you see on my website.  Mohair curls, beautiful silk, handspun wool, the choices are endless!  The great thing about their hair is each strand is individually placed you can style it any way you like… updo’s, braids, buns, down..

Eye and Lip Colour :

Let me know which colour and shade.  I use 100% cotton embroidery thread and hand embroider their faces

Wool :

I use 100% clean carded sheeps wool milled locally to fill my dolls.  Wool is antibacterial, retains warmth and smell.  It is the perfect eco-filling for a child’s toy.  I also tuck a pinch of organic lavender inside the chest of the doll.

Clothing :

Handsewn dresses, skirts, vest, pants and shirts are available in your choice of fabrics.  Handstitched wool felt shoes, dolly diapers with snaps.

Hand Knit Wool Dresses or Sweaters are an additional item and cost $35 each.

Size :

15-16 inches or 19-20 inches in height

Extras :

Fairy wings, doll slings, freckles, doll babies.. just ask !

Pricing :

Below is the base price per doll which includes your choice of sewn outfit.

Waldorf Doll 15-16 inches  - $215

Waldorf Doll 19-20 inches  - $245

Waldorf Mermaid Doll  - $215

Matching Baby with doll sling or wrap  -$55

Plus an additional $15 to cover the cost for ‘pixie hair’ which is anything silk, handspun or specialty yarns. 

Payment :

Once you have placed your order I require a 50% deposit to cover the material cost of making your doll.  I can not confirm or reserve an order without the downpayment. 

If for any unforseen reason I am unable to complete your order I will issue you a full refund.  Once your order is ready to ship I will invoice you for the remaining amount owed.  I can not confirm or reserve your order without a down payment.

Payment can be made via Paypal, E-Payment or Cheque.

As well please let me know if you would like to pick up your doll or have it shipped.

I can not duplicate a doll I have made before.  I can aim for the same look, similar hair and clothing but often its hard to find that exact same skein of yarn or piece of fabric I used years ago.
